Q: How do I set up an account to get my first reading?
A: You may set up your new account at any time by simply going to our "Introductory Offers" page and choosing one of our fantastic special offers for new clients. Just click on the green button of the offer you like and complete your sign-up by filling out the online form.

Q: How much do you charge for a reading?

Q: Do I have to use all my minutes on every call?
A: You can use as many minutes as you like for each reading. The remainder of your balance will be in your account for future calls.

For new clients only: On your "Introductory Offer" reading you must use all free or discounted minutes in your first call. Ex: If you get 3 free minutes you must use all 3 minutes in your first call or if you purchase 10 minutes for $10 you must use all 10 minutes in your first call.

Q: How do I know how much longer I have to talk?
A: You can check your balance at any time in your online account. While on a call, you will receive an automated notice when you have only one minute remaining in your balance during your reading. You can add money at that time over the phone or choose to end your call. You will not be charged for the time it takes you to refill your account.

Q: Do I use minutes when I navigate through your telephone menu?
A: Minutes are only deducted from your account when you are connected to a psychic and you always have a 30 second buffer to make sure that the connection is good. Minutes are never deducted when navigating the system or when adding funds to your account.

Q: How do you choose your psychics?
A:
Every psychic and intuitive is personally interviewed by the owners of Psychics of Isis and given specific tests for their accuracy. All psychics you will work with here have a minimum of five years experience as a professional psychic.

Q: How do I schedule a reading with a particular psychic?
A: Click on the "OFF MAKE AN APPT." brown button for the psychic of your choice from our complete listing. A "pop-up" window will appear with specific links for communicating with your psychic. You will be able to click on links from their "pop-up" window to access their schedule and make appointments at your convenience. You mail also email a psychic to ask about specific times for readings. The email link is also found in the psychics "pop-up."

Will a psychic cast a spell for me?
A: We are here to offer guidance and advice, not spellwork. Please do not ask our Psychics to perform such services for you.


Q: If the psychic I wish to talk to is unavailable, what should I do?
A: When an psychic is unavailable or busy, you can 'Submit a Callback Request' to receive a call once the advisor becomes available. 'Submit a Callback Request' is offered to users both in the online system, as well as calling the direct dial number, (1-888-626-7386). You will see the callback requests you've submitted in your account manager, while the psychic will see the 'Callback Request Queue' in their interface of users waiting to contact them. The moment an advisor switches from Unavailable to Available they will begin receiving the calls that have requested a callback. This feature allows you to ask the advisor for an appointment time that you initiate. For example, if you want a reading on Monday, July 25th at 7:00pm, you can ask for it (you have to ask for it in Pacific Time Zone to avoid confusion). Your psychic advisor will be sent an email and will either confirm, reject or modify your request. When you both have reached an agreed time, both phones will ring at the appointment time. Please note that these emails are done through our proprietary system and your personal email address is not revealed to the psychic nor their to you.
